APPROVED BY SHAREHOLDERS AT THE 2016 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The Independence Group NL Employee Incentive Plan (EIP) was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in November 2016. The number of eligible products able to be issued under the EIP is limited to 5% of the issued capital of the Company. The 5% limit includes grants under all plans made in the previous three years (with certain exclusions under the Corporations Act 2001 ). At the end of FY19 this percentage stands at 0.62%.
